Restaurant Mar & Tierra

Feel the sea breeze while enjoying lunch near the pool and ocean. Enjoy our fresh salad bar with a wide variety of selected fresh vegetables, dressings and cheeses, our "show cooking" stations with items prepared to your liking.

Mar & Tierra are two restaurants that offer different menu selections; Mar specializing in seafood and Tierra specializing in steaks.

Mar: Lunch from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm

Tierra: Lunch from 12:30 pm until 3:00 pm

Restaurant Le Marché

DINING OPTIONS

Valentin Imperial Maya is the place where all-inclusive luxury means the freedom to enjoy it in your own way; as a result reservations will never be required in any of our restaurants. Simply choose the restaurant you would like to go to and it will be our pleasure to serve you anytime, (provided it is within hours of operation). All restaurants offer different diet food options, (vegetarian, low fat, etc.).

You may occasionally experience a brief wait between 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm for the restaurant of your choice, however, our Restaurant Managers will be pleased to write down your name, inform you of the approximate wait time, hand you a beeper and invite you to enjoy a relaxing cocktail or beverage until a table is ready for you.

We request that you strictly adhere to restaurant dress code.

If you prefer privacy during your dinner, please consult the Room Service tab in this directory. We are always ready to serve you 24 hours a day. We intend to offer you the best and most efficient service, however, we remind you that room service is restricted to the items appearing on the menu. We will gladly set up your dinner service on your terrace if you like.

ROMANTIC BEACH DINNERS

Valentin Imperial Maya offers you the option to have an unforgettable romantic dinner on the edge of the sea. This service requires a reservation and has additional charges. For more information regarding this service, please contact your concierge.

Located in our exclusive swim-up pool, we offer a variety of sodas, juices, beers, cocktails, drinks and snacks.

Sunrise & Sunset

Located in the water at the main pool area, it's the ideal service to extend your good time without leaving the pool. We offer a variety of sodas, juices, beers, cocktails, drinks and cooking shows.

Sunrise beach bar (10:00 am – 11:00 pm, during turtle nesting season the bar closes at 09:00 pm)

Don Miguel

Located in the central building of our hotel, next to the lobby, it is the ideal meeting point, from the departure point of excursions to the perfect place for the start of an enjoyable evening.
